Factual Analysis: The Kennedy’s: Myth, Legend, or Reality

From time to time, individuals are placed on pedestals; not because of anything that they have necessarily done throughout life or accomplished in life, but instead, because of what is said about them after death.

With the unfortunate demise of John F. Kennedy Jr. in an airplane crash off the coast of Martha’s Vineyard, America and the World has once again entered into the examination of what has been called the "Kennedy Curse."

In this world of conspiracy theories, care must be taken when listening to information being presented. Although there are many things that appear to be coincidences, there are many things that are not coincidences, however, the masses of the people simply take the information presented by the controlled media outlets on face value.

It is the position of the TEI that nothing should be taken on face value.

Everything should be examined for that which lies beneath the surface.

JFK Jr. escaped much of the negative publicity that forever marred the reputations of several of elder male members of his family. During the past few weeks MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC have all flashed images and held discussions ranging from the Marilyn Monroe affair and the controversial overturned vehicle at Chappaquidick, to the "Ambassador" Joseph Kennedy’s alleged dealings with the Mafia (La Costra Nostra) to ensure political backing for the future political journey of his family. Not to mention the rape allegations, drug addiction and other tragic incidents spread throughout the history of this Irish clan.

This is not the time or place for an analysis of those specific events, though they have combined to make the Kennedy’s one of the world’s most well known families.

Throughout the entire discussion regarding the Kennedys and what they mean to America, and analyzing what is left of the noble Kennedy clan, the TEI would like to shed light on some other facts that you may not know, but should. They are also an important part of the Kennedy legend.

While Robert F. Kennedy was Attorney General, he approved wiretaps to be used on Martin Luther King Jr. This would seem to be contradictory to the freedom loving Kennedy image, to spy on one seemingly fighting for equal rights.

J. Edgar Hoover, the infamous FBI leader sought damaging information on all perceived enemies. In this particular area, J. Edgar Hoover and Robert F. Kennedy were aligned.

Stanley Levison of Jewish decent and former member of the Communist Party was thoroughly involved, in fact, was one of MLK’s key advisors. It has been stated that this is the main reason that the infamous J. Edgar Hoover did not believe that Martin Luther King and the Civil Rights struggle moved forward on its own. Hoover was convinced that elements within the Jewish community and others exerted a measure of control on the Civil Rights Movement. On this matter, he was correct.

The wiretaps —- established with the intent on gathering deleterious information regarding MLK and others inside of the movement -- proved to be an effective strategy.

As a result of those wiretaps, the memory of MLK is forever tainted by allegations of womanizing, not to mention the ongoing debate regarding plagiarism and the well-documented presence of outside influences on the movement. There is a plethora of evidence detailing these external forces exerting various levels of control — economic and otherwise — resulting in the varying levels of action, and inaction of those within the civil rights movement.

John F. Kennedy’s assassination in Texas left for many a political and emotional void. It also halted what was becoming a growing aura of invincibility surrounding the Kennedy’s in general, and John F. Kennedy, in particular.

JFK was known for his lasciviousness, as were many of the other Kennedy’s, however these less flattering portions of the legendary saga have been conveniently left out by many who provide examinations of that which makes up the Kennedy mystique.

Many give credit to John F. Kennedy for the progress made and legislation passed on behalf of the Civil Rights Movement. His position on Civil Rights was no more sincere than any other political figurehead in office at this peculiar time in history. It must be understood and viewed in context.

Anyone holding a political office, who did not want to be viewed as an outright racist viewed support for the Civil Rights Movement as a shrewd and pragmatic political move.

Any political office holder who did not support the Civil Rights Movement at that time would have unwittingly aligned himself with the pot-bellied, tobacco-chewing, simpletons that were plentiful during the late ‘50s and early 60s.

Protests, sit-ins and other forms of civil unrest at that particular time placed Kennedy and his administration in a position where they had to support the legislation, specifically, the Civil Rights Bill of 1963. The political tide and American public opinion was moving in that direction. Its passage was inevitable.

While there is no denying that this family has contributed much in the way of public service, to the USA, all sides must be analyzed in order to deliver a comprehensive assessment of the legacy that the Kennedy’s will leave behind. The fact of the matter is, the Kennedy’s have built an excellent economic, political and social reality for themselves.

They are famous, and they have provided, gossip columnists and society in general, with conversation topics, however, the TEI does not believe that the Kennedy’s have impacted society in such a way, that the world is better because of them.

We live in a society where people enjoy fairy-tales and often use the celebrity status of others, to achieve self-worth. A society of individuals living their lives through the lives of others with perverse incentives of wealth, popularity and prestige.

A Note to our Truth Seeking Armada.

Read the full text of the interview that the late John F. Kennedy Jr. conducted with Minister Louis Farrakhan. It is a very balanced and informative interview in which Minister Farrakhan provides a remarkable explication of the beginnings of the controversy with the Zionist element and what sustains it until this very day.
